I am a senior EMCC practitioner-level accredited coach with a diploma in transformative coaching, based in The Malvern Hills.

I have a particular interest in stress management and how this shows up for my clients; understanding their triggers and working on ways to avoid unwanted thoughts in the first place. My aim is to create an environment for positive and optimistic thinking.

My personal experience of not managing my emotional stress well resulted in my body breaking! To avoid this happening again I introduced a range of simple techniques that have become daily habits helping limit the impact of stress in my life. I now have an improved awareness when stress shows up and what to do so it does not overwhelm me.

These personal experiences enable me to be compassionate and supportive in both a personal and coaching context.

I also have experience in Executive coaching, supporting managers who often find themselves in complex and stressful situations.With a background in leadership and management, I hold meaningful conversations helping achieve a positive way forward.

My own career has not followed a typical path, having balanced being a single mother of two whilst leading teams across the UK through periods of significant change. Balancing career with family has resulted in me becoming a versatile, flexible person who is able to communicate on an equal and empathetic level.
