When embarking on a coaching journey, I take time to understand your situation and what you are hoping to achieve, tailoring an individual approach, timeline and rhythmn to suit you.
Coaching Sessions
I run hour-long sessions either online, face-to-face or through walk-and-talks, at a frequency to suit you.
Programmes are available specifically for stress management and/or Chapter60 for those in their 50’s & 60’s exploring opportunities for the next phase of life.
Online: Zoom
Face-to-face: I can offer a number of locations, ensuring a comfortable and relaxed environment in which to talk.
Walk-and-talks: The power of nature can help open up new modes of thinking helping you feel relaxed, inspired and physically well. Local walks around the foothills of the Malvern can be arranged.
Initial Conversation
It is important to begin our coaching journey with confidence and trust. Our first ‘discovery conversation’ will be a chance to meet one another, to discuss how you might like to use your coaching sessions and how I might be able to help you. I will share a bit about me, including my personal, work and coaching background and life experiences.
This first 45 minute session is free. By the end of our conversation, we will have established options for a clear way forward, without any obligation to continue.

One-off session: £65 / hour (paid in advance)
4 session bundle: £220 (£55 / hour)
6 session bundle: £300 (£50 / hour)
